Slowly rotating four-colour Turbine in classic style. Swivel and transport bag included. Turbines are great ground effects and make the most impact when flown close to the ground. Depending on the wind a  medium or large pilot kite is needed to get the turbine off the ground. We recommend a 3m-5m pilot kite.
