Flags are traditionally flown at half-staff as a sign of mourning. When a flag can't be lowered it's appropriate to attach a black ribbon to the staff above a flag. The Black Mourning Streamer is an accepted alternative to symbolize mourning. These fully sewn nylon streamers are available in two styles - single or double.
